Genesee High School held its first league meet in five years on Tuesday, April 11th. GAC foes Atherton, International Academy of Flint, Madison Academy, and Morrice all competed. Genesee boys took third place, while the girls took first.
Izzy Yeoman broke 2 school records. In the 1600 she ran 5:38. The old record was 5:41 set in 1989. In the 3200 she ran 12:39. The old record was 12:44 set in 2012.
For the boys, Connor Rouse finished first in the 1600 and 3200.
